In our store, you’ll find a wide variety of products straight from the ovens of Champagne or the five other Cornu production sites.
You’ll find our famous Palmiers with their inimitable taste and our delicious puff pastry flûtes available in a wide range of recipes, in producer’s bags or under our exclusive La Fabrique brand. Our assortment also includes a range of crusty breads and aperitif cookies, as well as organic and gluten-free options.
Home-made
In addition to our delicious patisseries to enjoy on the premises or to take away, our team of experienced patissiers concocts homemade products all year round. Speciality chocolates with sprinkles, truffles, chocolate bonbons, madeleines, fruit jellies, nougat: these are just some of the specialities you’ll regularly find in our producer’s store.

Puff pastry
