Gluten-free strawberry Pavlova workshop

In support of the Association Romande de la Cœliakie, we are organizing a special gluten-free workshop in May, to mark Celiac Awareness Month.

In this recipe, you’ll learn how to make a light meringue, a smooth whipped cream with little sugar. Finally, you’ll learn how to sublimate the whole with fresh strawberries, while learning the art of dressage.
