Immersive

Take a behind-the-scenes look at our production lines, walk through the tunnel and plunge into the heart of our production. This area gives you a direct view of the factory and its puff pastry and Palmiers production line. Learn more about our group and our production methods.

A multimedia show

Touch screens, lighting effects, multimedia techniques: the interactive museum uses modern technology to present an age-old profession. The main attraction takes the form of a 17-metre tunnel that plunges you into the heart of a production line.

All the secrets of baking, from raw material processing to product packaging, oven baking and logistics, are revealed on giant screens.
A great show!

Robots with a human touch

Cornu has succeeded in combining the know-how of the artisan with the imperatives of automated baking. Certain machines have been specially adapted to reproduce the baker’s gestures in minute detail.

You’ll discover the robot that knots Bretzels and the one that twists flutes. In this way, tradition and authenticity are preserved at every stage of production.

A fun circuit for children

Children can accompany adults and be entertained throughout the visit. A more playful circuit, specially adapted and designed for them, features multimedia games, captivating questions, listening points and anecdotes, presented by the Twisty mascot. In this way, the little ones can think and learn while having fun.

All your senses on alert

Test your olfactory skills and guess some of the unlikely scents used in our recipes, in the raw materials locker. Your other senses will also be put to work throughout the visit.
