The GLUTEN-FREE Zwieback is a breakfast classic. It is made in our factory in Morat, Switzerland, from corn starch and potato starch. Free from palm oil, it has an unrivalled crunch and flavour.

Ingredients: Corn starch, potato starch, sugar, sunflower oil, vegetable fibers (pea, rice, potato, plantago), yeast, rice flour, emulsifier: mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids, thickener: hydroxypropylmethylcellulose, pea flour, natural flavouring, millet flour, whole flaxseed flour, buckwheat flour, salt.
