La Fabrique is the new “producer” brand of the family firm Cornu SA.
The company
Founded in 1934 by André Cornu, the company is active in the fine bakery sector. Today, the fourth generation is at the helm. Its traditional know-how sets it apart from the competition with products of superior quality.
La Fabrique
The idea for the “La Fabrique” brand arose from the creation of the building of the same name in Champagne (Switzerland), the company’s headquarters. The complex includes a producer’s store, an interactive museum, a pastry workshop and a bistronomic restaurant.
In 2017, La Fabrique inaugurated its second building in Fontain (France), bringing together a producer store and a café. New: visit our production lines!
The products
Palmiers, bricelets, madeleines, Bretzels, crusty breads, flaky or traditional flûtes, the La Fabrique brand holds all the keys to meeting a wide and varied demand for both sweet and savory treats. Some of our products are also organic and gluten-free.
