Our Organic Twists with Gruyère AOP are the result of a delicious marriage of butter puff pastry and Gruyère, a high-quality Swiss cheese. They are twisted by a mechanical system specially developed by Cornu SA, based on 80 years of experience of artisan baking.

Ingredients: wheat flour*, butter* 28%, cheese Gruyère PDO* 10%, skimmed milk powder*, salt, yeast*, barley malt flour*, sugar*.
